Do I need to download an app?
No. ClearPacket works in the web browser on your phone, tablet, or computer. Phone and computer apps are coming later.
What kinds of forms does it help with?
Tax forms, rental applications, benefits paperwork, school forms, medical intake forms, job paperwork, and letters you don't understand.
Can someone help me use it, like my son or daughter?
Yes. Anyone can sit with you and go through it together. You can also have each part read out loud.
Does it work in other languages?
Yes, that's part of the plan. You'll be able to read the explanations in your language while the original form stays visible.
